Award-winning travel writer and photographer Rudolf Abraham recently returned from Chile, with new images of Torres del Paine national park, Puerto Natales, Punta Arenas, Isla Magdalena and other areas in Patagonia, including the remote Sierra Baguales on the border with Argentina. Having just completed another long tour of Southeast Asia, John Lander has updated his galleries at PhotoShelter as well as his own web site. Now John has more than 3000 high-resolution images online including images of Japan. (This is the largest collection as he am based near Tokyo.) Images of Vietnam; this includes images of Saigon, Hanoi, Halong Bay, the Mekong Delta, Phu Quoc, and Sapa. In recent months John has been getting increasing calls for images of the Philippines so he has just spent a month there, cruising a few of the 7000 Philippine islands. Barry Johnson is planning to visit and cover the following events in August 2009.

Woodward Dream Cruise, Detroit area and then on to Bostom Mass. & New Hampshire, The White Mountains National Park area, maybe Quebec & maybe Montreal. During this time he will attend an American Country Wedding. Any events or places that may need covering can be added to his itinerary.
Barry will be taking his wife and model along, a glamourous 65 year old who will be his assistant, second cameraperson and model if needed.

Please contact Barry if you are interested in special coverages or would care to assist with expenses for first refusal on pictures. He will take a laptop and may be able to send images from the trip if needed.

There are about 40,000 cars at the Woodward meet and Barry is happy to act exclusively, or jointly, for any interested parties. He is available for any assignments that you may consider as he is able to go anywhere at the drop of a hat. Have passports, driving licence and cameras, will travel.

Alan Skyrme has recently returned to his south Brazil studio in Curitiba from a trip to 5 states in the North East of Brazil, and to Belem in the North.

New stock of Travel, Food and Nature images are now available. During March he expects to return to the North and Northeast of Brazil before travelling to Cyprus in April to complete a project on the island.

The Africa Image Library is the personal library of Ariadne Van Zandbergen. It provides extensive coverage of the wildlife, cultures, architecture and scenery of Africa. The library is run by the photographer, who has an intimate knowledge of Africa - and her stock - and will deal personally with all requests, no matter how extensive or obscure. Steven Sklifas is a Writer and Photographer based in Melbourne, Australia.

Travel photographer and writer Michael DeFreitas has just returned from China, Egypt, Israel and Texas with more great topside and underwater images. Michael specializes in adventure travel from around the globe. He recently received seven awards for his images and stories at the 2008 North American Travel Journalists Association awards. His Antarctica image took 1st place in the Landscapes category. His work appears in many of the world's top travel publications.

Over the last year, Michael has also added images from Southern Chile, Hawaii, Banff/Lake Louise, New Mexico, Northern California and Oregon to his 70,000+ stock library.

In the next three months Michael will be shooting in the Alps (Swiss/German/Austrian), Florida, Canada's Maritime provinces, Quebec and Mexico. He is available for piggyback assignments.

Jim Lewis, who specializes in fine art images in the US Pacific Northwest and Hawaii, will journey to the Rungwe District in southwestern Tanzania in September to document the work of Africa Bridge, an NGO dedicated to empowering East African communities to improve the lives of children orphaned and made vulnerable by HIV/AIDS. Mr. Lewis will donate his time to this project, which will result in a website and book to be used in marketing and fundraising for the organization. In additional to his photography, Mr. Lewis is a fundraising consultant, but works for Africa Bridge pro bono.

Chiz Dakin has recently returned from the Australian Top End (north) and Far Side (west) with lots of images from a 12000km 4WD trip.

Also, some of her Peak District images are appearing in an exhibition at Conkers (the National Forest Discovery Centre in Leicestershire) this March (4th-30th), and some Australian ones will be appearing at Studio61 (Lea, Derbyshire) in July (2nd-12th).

She is heading out to the Alps, then Ladakh in June/July and is going on a longer trip to South America, Antarctica and New Zealand later on this year - if you wish to commission her for outdoor images from any of these places, please get in touch.
