Around the world at Vaisakhi time , Sikhs reflect on the values taught to them by their Gurus and celebrate the birth of the Khalsa . . . There are several Gurdwaras in Southampton , which has a large Sikh population . The various Gurdwaras join together to parade through the city to from Gurdwara to Gurdwara in a celebration of noise and colour .
