Leader of Bedford based Nazi party , The November 9th Society , has appeared in court charged with a number of race hate offences . Kevin Quinn , 40 , was one of six people charged after a national police operation involving forces from Bedfordshire , Lincolnshire , Greater Manchester , Surrey , London and Merseyside . The group including Mr Quinn of Ouseland Road , Queens Park , appeared before Bow Street Magistrates Court on Thursday morning accused of conspiracy to publish and distribute material intended to stir up racial hatred . They also face the lesser charge of conspiracy to publish or distribute material likely to stir up racial hatred between August 2002 and October 2003 . The charges refer to the publication of propaganda for the Racial Volunteer Force an offshoot of the neo nazi organisation Combat 18 . It is claimed the six were also involved in advertising the groups aims of racial intolerance , revolution and use of violence on their website and in the magazine Stormer . Mr Quinn was joined in the dock by Nigel Piggins , 39 , of Haltemprice Street , Hull , Jonathan Hill , 33 , of South Croft , Oldham , Lancashire , Steven Bostock , 27 , of Westmorland Road , Urmston , Manchester , Michael Denis , 30 , of Ashdown Way , Tooting and Elizabeth Hunt , 36 , of Dawson Avenue , Southport , Merseyside . Mr Quinn also faces additional charges of publishing and distributing the November Ninth booklet The Longest Hatred and possession of the booklet with a view to distribution to stir up racial hatred on July 2 , 2003 . Mr Piggins and Mr Hill also face additional charges . The case was adjourned until February 17 at the Old Bailey and the six were granted bail and ordered to surrender their passports .
